Valor Digital Announces Additions of 3 Advertising Industry Leaders to Advisory Board

Today is a very special day for Valor Digital. As today I have the pleasure of announcing the addition of 3 very important individuals to Valor Digital's advisory board. Leaders who will assist me in shaping the future of Valor and will be joining me in my journey in evolving the digital partner model.
Kim Dalzell Riedell, MBA - I first met Kim very early in my career. Through observation, she taught me what it meant to lead with kindness and empathy. When it comes to operations. The tone is set from the top down. Which is why I feel very lucky to have Kim advising me on all things operations and team leadership.
Melvin Wilson - Melvin is a man I admire in many ways. Having led up the IPG Media Lab, only to venture out and start his own innovation consultancy Solve Innovation Group. We are kindred spirits when it comes to all things innovation and entrepreneurship. Even more admirable is Melvin's mission around fighting for diversity and inclusion within the digital advertising industry. It would be negligent of me to fight for industry innovation, if I didn't have the perspective & guidance on my board necessary to innovate an area that needs it most. As an industry, we can definitely do better in providing greater opportunity for minorities and people of color. I look forward to working with Melvin on putting words into action and moving our industry into a positive direction across multiple fronts.
Jay Altschuler - A little less than a year ago while I was still at Dentsu, and Valor was just a twinkle in my eye, I sat down with Jay at a cafe in Manhattan to pitch him my vision. Jay was not only the first industry executive whom I approached, but the first one to also be willing to put his name behind me and assist me in my mission. As head of digital transformation at Petco, while also counting leadership roles at brands like Samsung and Unilever under his belt. Jay's brand side perspective and experiences have been invaluable when it's comes to building a new value driven partner model. It's been a crazy ride so far to say the least, and I'll always be grateful to Jay for being the first one onboard.
